1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sharpdatingsolutions.com and your purchase and use of the Sharp Dating Aha.

In these Terms, “Sharp Dating Solutions,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KS Events Global Inc.
By purchasing the Sharp Dating Aha, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms and that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
Your order confirmation, receipt, offer description, price, currency, and these Terms together form your contract with us. The Terms in effect when you purchase apply to that purchase.
2. The Sharp Dating Aha
The Sharp Dating Aha is a one-time, personalized digital dating-analysis service.
After purchasing, you will be asked to complete an intake and may submit relevant materials such as dating profiles, photographs, messages, screenshots, or other evidence related to the problem you want analyzed.
Dan Sharp personally reviews your intake and submitted evidence.
You receive:
A private video analysis, personally narrated by Dan in his real voice
A diagnosis of the hidden bottleneck affecting your dating results
An explanation of the evidence supporting that diagnosis
A precise recommended adjustment
An immediate next action
A one-page Clarity Brief summarizing the analysis and recommendations
The service does not include ongoing coaching, therapy, matchmaking, or continuing support unless expressly stated in the offer at the time of purchase.
3. Price and Payment
The price of one Sharp Dating Aha is currently $197 USD, unless a different price or valid promotional offer is clearly displayed at checkout.
The complete price, including any applicable taxes or other charges imposed by us, will be shown before you complete the purchase. Payment is due in full at checkout.
This is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. There are no shipping charges, installment payments, financing charges, or trade-in requirements.
Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or transaction fees that are not imposed or controlled by Sharp Dating Solutions.
Payments and refunds are processed through third-party payment providers.
4. Delivery
Your Sharp Dating Aha will be delivered electronically to the email address, phone number, or private delivery channel associated with your order.
Delivery requires:
A completed intake
Access to any materials you ask Dan to review
A working email address or other agreed delivery channel
Internet access and a device capable of viewing a standard online video and PDF document
Your personalized video analysis and Clarity Brief will normally be delivered within 24 hours after we receive your completed intake and usable supporting materials.
The 24-hour period is our normal turnaround time, not a guaranteed deadline. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to unusually high demand, illness, technical disruption, or other unexpected circumstances. If we anticipate a material delay, we will notify you and provide an updated delivery estimate.
If required information is missing, inaccessible, or unclear, we may ask you for clarification. The delivery period does not begin until the required information and usable materials have been received.
The service is considered delivered when a functioning link to the video analysis and the Clarity Brief has been sent to the contact information you provided. Please check your spam, junk, and filtered-message folders.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
5. Your Submissions
You remain the owner of the materials you submit.
You give Sharp Dating Solutions a limited permission to access, store, reproduce, and analyze those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide and administer your service, comply with legal obligations, protect against misuse, and carry out any separate use to which you expressly consent.
You agree that:
The information you provide will be accurate to the best of your knowledge
You have the legal right to submit the materials
You will not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, or exploitative content
You will not submit intimate images of another person
You will not submit content involving anyone under 18
You will remove unnecessary identifying information about other people where reasonably practical
If prohibited or unlawful material is submitted, we may decline or discontinue the service. If we decline the order before beginning the personalized analysis, we will provide a full refund. Other circumstances will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
6. The 48-Hour Clarity Guarantee
Every Sharp Dating Aha is covered by the 48-Hour Clarity Guarantee.
After receiving your Aha:
You may reply to the delivery message or email [email protected].
You may reply “Y” if the analysis provided sufficient clarity.
If it did not provide sufficient clarity, reply “N” within 48 hours of delivery.
No explanation is required.
Upon receiving a timely “N,” we will initiate a full refund of the amount you paid without delay.
The refund will be returned through the original payment method. Banks and payment processors may require additional time to post the refund after we initiate it.
The guarantee covers the clarity and actionability of the diagnosis. It does not guarantee a particular number of matches, dates, relationships, responses, or any other dating outcome.
After the 48-hour guarantee period, the purchase is final except where a refund is required by applicable law, where the service was not delivered, where you were charged incorrectly, or where we separately agree to a refund.
7. Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the personalized analysis begins. If we confirm that the analysis has not begun, we will provide a full refund.
Once the personalized analysis has begun, ordinary cancellation is not available because the service is prepared specifically for you. The 48-Hour Clarity Guarantee and all mandatory statutory cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable consumer law gives you additional cancellation, refund, or other rights, those rights prevail.
8. Nature of the Service
The Sharp Dating Aha provides personalized educational and advisory analysis. It is not:
Psychotherapy or mental-health treatment
Medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice
Crisis support
Matchmaking
A guarantee of any particular dating or relationship outcome
Dating decisions and interactions involve factors outside our control, including other people’s choices, app algorithms, timing, location, and personal circumstances.
You remain responsible for your decisions, communications, personal safety, and use of the recommendations.
9. Personally Completed Analysis
Every Sharp Dating Aha is personally directed and reviewed by Dan Sharp. Dan personally assesses your intake and supporting evidence, determines the diagnosis and recommendations, and takes responsibility for the final analysis delivered to you. The service is grounded in his human insight and judgment as applied to your specific situation.
10. Professional Identity and Public-Facing Materials
"Dan Sharp" is the professional name used by the individual who personally analyzes and narrates each Sharp Dating Aha. Certain public-facing images may be representative, altered, or enhanced. All qualifications and experience attributed to Dan accurately describe the individual who performs the service.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your intake and submitted evidence may contain sensitive personal information. We handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not publish your customer-specific materials, identify you publicly, or use your photographs, messages, screenshots, or personal story in marketing without separate permission.
We may use service providers for functions such as payment processing, website hosting, forms, communications, secure storage, and video delivery. Those providers receive only the access reasonably necessary to perform their functions.
12. The Sharp Dating Clarity Bank
Sharp Dating Solutions may incorporate generalized, de-identified insights developed through its analyses into the Sharp Dating Clarity Bank. These insights may include recurring dating patterns, diagnostic principles, and solution frameworks that help improve our methodology and future services.
Information retained for this purpose will not identify you or include your name, contact details, photographs, dating profile, raw messages, screenshots, or other information that could reasonably be linked to you.
By purchasing and using the service, you acknowledge and agree that these non-identifying insights may be retained and used in this way.
13. Intellectual Property
Sharp Dating Solutions retains ownership of its website, methodology, frameworks, templates, branding, and general service materials.
Once your order is paid for, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view, download, and use your personalized video analysis and Clarity Brief for your own non-commercial purposes.
You may privately share your materials with a therapist, coach, attorney, or other trusted adviser assisting you. You may not publicly distribute, publish, resell, license, reproduce commercially, or represent the materials as your own product without written permission.
14. Third-Party Services and Technical Problems
The website and service may rely on third-party payment, hosting, email, messaging, file-storage, and video-delivery providers.
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by matters outside our reasonable control. We will nevertheless take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an alternative delivery method.
This provision does not remove your guarantee, non-delivery rights, or any mandatory rights under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharp Dating Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or decisions made after receiving it.
Except for liability that cannot legally be limited, our total direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability arising from a breach of our confidentiality or privacy obligations where such liability cannot legally be limited.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any dispute may be brought before the courts of British Columbia, subject to any mandatory right you have under the consumer laws of your province, state, or country.
Nothing in these Terms requires mandatory arbitration, prevents participation in a class proceeding, or restricts your ability to provide an honest review.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively when our services, practices, or legal obligations change.
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter the contract governing a completed purchase unless you agree or the change is required by law.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
